Durable power supply
Electrolytic processes need source of the current. As usual the trick is hidden in details. Some of manufacturers claim that the power supply must deliver as high current as possible, and they rate their equipment 150 Amps or more. In fact electrochemistry is more sophisticated and the processes need controllable parameters. Our power supply is controlled by micro-processor equipped with a series of sensors. It allows to set desired current or stay with pre-defined parameters that usually lead to best quality of the process. The heart of the power supply is solid-state transistor converter, designed to continuous work with 40 Amps. Power MOSFETS under control of the micro-processor form desired current modulation and polarity, depending on the application.
Integrated pump
Peristaltic pump delivers the electrolyte in a controlled way directly to the brush. Operator can adjust the flow to obtain best results.
Automation
System senses if the brush is in contact with processed metal, when the current flow is detected it starts delivery of the electrolyte. There are no buttons that operator must push. Integrated LED lamp is lit when the flow is on, this helps the operator to control the process.
