The main idea of our invention is to split the brush into two sections: holder with lubrication system and replaceable cartridge with carbon yarn. The holder contains parts made of copper, Teflon and other plastics. It will be used for long time and at the end all materials may be recycled. It means that we not only reduce cost of the tool but we also reduce amount of metals and other materials that may become a garbage.
Carbon cartridge
Carbon cartridge is made of minimum plastic parts, which may be fully recycled and pure carbon yarn. Carbon is one of most abundant elements on Earth. It creates various compounds and is exists in living organisms. Carbon yarn is completely non harmful to the environment. Chunks remaining when the cartridge is exchanged will not pollute Earth.
Electrolyte dosing
Automatic electrolyte dosing minimizes use of the acidic electrolyte. The brush must be lubricated with the electrolyte in order to support an electrolysis. By precise electronic adjustment operator can achieve best flow rate without an excess of the liquid.
